📱Getting Started
How do I set up Apple Health integration?
When you first open the app, you'll be prompted to connect to Apple Health. Tap 'Allow' and then enable the health data categories you want to share. You can modify these permissions anytime in Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > Galbi.
Why isn't my health data showing up?
Make sure you've granted permission for the specific health data types in Apple Health settings. Also ensure your Apple Watch or iPhone is syncing data to Apple Health. Data may take a few minutes to appear after permission changes.
How often does the app sync with Apple Health?
The app syncs automatically when opened and runs background refreshes throughout the day. You can also manually refresh by pulling down on the Monitor dashboard.
What health metrics does the app track?
Monitor tracks Heart Rate, Steps, Active Calories, Exercise Minutes, Distance, Floors Climbed, Basal Calories, and Stand Minutes. All data comes from Apple Health - the app doesn't collect data directly from sensors.

How do I upgrade to Pro?
Tap the 'Upgrade to Pro' button in the app, or visit the Pricing section. You'll be redirected to Apple's subscription flow where you can choose monthly or yearly billing.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device, find Galbi, and tap 'Cancel Subscription'. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
All refunds are handled by Apple through their refund process. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly. We cannot process refunds from our end.
What happens to my data if I cancel Pro?
Your health data remains in Apple Health. The app continues working with free features, but you'll lose access to advanced Rewind insights, unlimited history, and Pro-only features.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly plans?
Yes! Changes can be made through Settings > Subscriptions on your iOS device. The change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
🔧Technical Issues
The app is running slowly or crashing
Try force-closing and reopening the app. If issues persist, restart your device. Make sure you're running the latest version of the app and iOS. Contact support if problems continue.
My data isn't syncing properly
Check that Apple Health permissions are enabled for all data types. Ensure your Apple Watch is paired and syncing. Try toggling the health permissions off and on again in iOS Settings.
I can't see my Rewind insights
Rewind insights require Pro subscription and at least 7 days of health data. Make sure you're subscribed to Pro and have sufficient health data history in Apple Health.
The app won't open or keeps crashing on startup
Delete and reinstall the app from the App Store. This will refresh the app while preserving your subscription status. Your health data will re-sync from Apple Health automatically.

How is my health data protected?
Your health data is encrypted and processed securely according to Apple's guidelines. We never sell your data or use it for advertising. Most processing happens locally on your device.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. Contact us using the form above and select 'Privacy & Data' to request account deletion. We'll remove all associated data within 30 days. Your Apple Health data remains unaffected.
What data do you collect?
We only access health data you explicitly authorize through Apple Health. We also collect basic usage analytics and crash reports to improve the app. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
Do you share my data with third parties?
No. Your health data is never shared, sold, or used for advertising. We may share anonymized, aggregated usage statistics with service providers, but never personal health information.
